What documents do I need?

What is the minimum age?
Every driver must be 18 or over.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure. We recommend public transportation to reduce the risk of traffic-related delays.
Can two people use one kart?
No. Every kart is a single-seater for one licensed driver only.
What happens in rain?
Tours normally operate in light rain. If severe weather makes the activity unsafe, YAH KART will suspend the tour and offer a reschedule or refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 72 hours before the activity start time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before start time are non-refundable. Read the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy.
Can larger groups join?
A standard one-hour tour accommodates up to six participants. For more than six guests, send a private tour request so we can check availability.
Will you take photos?
Yes. Our team helps take photos, sends them after the tour and can print your chosen photo in a premium magnetic photo frame.
