There is no pick-up service.
Check-in includes document verification, safety training and driving instructions.
Late arrivals may be unable to join and will not be refunded.
We recommend using public transportation to avoid arriving late due to road traffic.

Age 18+ · licensed drivers only⌄
Every participant must be at least 18 and hold one accepted licence option.
Each kart is a single-seater and must be driven individually by its licensed driver.
Infants and passengers cannot ride.Not sure whether you need an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official Japanese translation? Check your country or region →
Zero alcohol and drugs⌄
Do not consume alcohol before or during the tour.
Anyone who appears impaired by alcohol or drugs will be refused participation with no refund.
Health and accessibility⌄
Pregnant guests cannot participate.
This activity is not suitable for serious heart conditions or back problems and is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
Drivers must use both feet and enter and exit the kart independently.
Contact us in advance about hearing or mobility impairments.
Clothing and footwear⌄
Wear weather-appropriate comfortable clothing and secure, closed-toe shoes.
Avoid high heels, sandals and loose clothing that could interfere with driving.
Group bookings⌄
A standard 1-hour tour accommodates up to 6 participants.

We will check your requested time and available karts, then advise how the group can be arranged.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Cancel 72 hours or more before departureYou will receive a full refund.
Less than 72 hours before departureThe booking is non-refundable. Same-day bookings become non-refundable immediately after confirmation.
WeatherTours normally operate in light rain. If YAH KART cancels because of severe weather or safety concerns, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
ReschedulingIf a suitable date or time and enough karts are available, you may request a change for ¥2,200 per person. A change is valid only after confirmation by YAH KART and is not guaranteed. If no alternative can be arranged, the original booking and its cancellation/no-refund conditions remain in effect.
Documents, eligibility and lateness
No refund is provided if you cannot participate because you arrive late, do not bring every required original document, present an invalid or fraudulent document, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or do not meet the participation requirements.
