Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Please review these conditions before booking.
Cancel 72 hours or more before departureYou will receive a full refund.
Less than 72 hours before departureThe booking is non-refundable. Same-day bookings become non-refundable immediately after confirmation.
WeatherTours normally operate in light rain. If YAH KART cancels because of severe weather or safety concerns, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
ReschedulingIf space is available, you may request a new date or time for ¥2,200 per person. Approval is not guaranteed.
